Second you can Order by Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) by paying 550 Rupees sitting at your Home/Office; anywhere in India

How often do I get paid?

EIM paid in 2 modes

1 When your account balance reached on 500/- company released a cheque on requesting withdrawal Option.

2  By purchasing online advertisements. 

How will you know that the members are coming from my reference or my down line?

This is a chain system. When you refer any one that time you provide us your id as referral id this mean that new member is your down line.
